Monique Douglas

Executive Director

Monique manages the performance, funding, sponsorship and strategy of Propel Youth Arts WA. She has a strong background in Arts Management and has worked at a management level at Deckchair Theatre and Youth Ballet WA as well as having worked at The Australian Dance Theatre, Quantum Leap and the Awesome Arts Festival.

Monique is passionate about the arts and especially in the development of young people and their skills as they embark on their careers.
