Jane Coffey

A skilled HR practitioner and academic with a passion and research interest for youth arts, Jane looks forward to continue her work with Propel.

She is the Deputy Head and Lecturer in Human Resources and Industrial Relations in the School of Management, Curtin Business School, Curtin University. She has significant professional background in HR, operating as an HR Manager in the public sector as well as running her own highly successful HR consulting firm.

Her PhD studies are focused on the performing arts sector in Australia and she has previous experience on the Board of Youth Ballet WA. She also consults to the non-for-profit sector.

Jane looks forward to bringing both professional and academic expertise in the field of HR to the Propel Board. Jane has been involved with Propel since 2008, with a stint as Chair in 2009 and 2010.
