Hi! My name’s Cody, I’ve loved cinema all my life, telling stories is my greatest passion and it made perfect sense to everyone when I revealed that making movies is what I want to do with my life.

For 17 years, I lived up north in a small mining town called Karratha, with not a lot of people and therefore unfortunately not very much film related business, it was a place where if you wanted to be a going all the way filmmaker, you had to create all the opportunities for yourself.

But thanks to the support and enthusiasm of my family and friends, I got to bring my imagination to life and became engaged as a filmmaker at a young age.

As I’ve grown up I’ve taken note of my development and changes I’ve surfaced thanks to my experiences of writing & directing short films, from all of them I’ve learnt more about myself and other people, which inspires me for my next one.

I am now living in Fremantle, a huge turnaround from my hometown, my life now has the kind of opportunities that I always dreamed of and this is just the beginning.

I aim to everyday improve my skills, to capture the characters and journeys that I haven’t yet witnessed on the cinematic scale with infinite passion and harmony.
