Art is…
Creative expression of the soul. It is interesting how similar inspirations are translated into different ideas for different people.

What are your favourite art forms?
Film, photography, music, text are all interests, but only as an appreciative audience that is. I’m at best an aspiring designer-photographer-writer (I just need to grow some talent now).

What do you love about the arts?
The chance for self-expression! I like how ideas are being transformed magically into beautiful works of art. It’s all in the design, baby.

What is your favourite place in Perth?
It’s a tie between the beach and hanging out at quiet cafes with a good book in hand.

What has it been like working at Propel?
It has been absolutely wonderful! Both Sonja and Suzy are awesome girls and it is such a pleasure to be able to help out. I especially love the office space – so warm and cozy, it makes me feel right at home!

What advice do you have for aspiring volunteers?
Keep an open mind, try to help in whichever way you can. It really can be both fun and fulfilling.

What is the next goal you would like to achieve?
Learn the feline language so I can better communicate with Peppy (my cat).

What are your personal quirks?
Talk to Peppy in the mornings, reproachfully asking him for the 1000000th time why did he pee everywhere else but in his kitty litter.

What skill do you wish you had?
If Dr. House’s natural ability to churn out cutting remarks came with being socially inept, I should already be halfway there. Yep, world domination starts here.
