What's On
Someone Who'll Watch Over Me 22/09/10 to 2/10/10
Usually when you put an Englishman, Irishman and American together you expect a punchline – but the play Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me is far removed from a joke.
Lawson Productions is bringing Frank McGuinness’ award-winning script to life. Based on the true story of Irish writer Brian Keenan held captive in Lebanon for 4½ years.
The play focuses on the trials and tribulations of three men from different countries locked up in a room where truth and faith are a matter of perspective.
“If you remove rationality, do you rely on humour or insanity? The possibilities become endless.”
