WA Youth Theatre Company (WAYTCo), the state’s leading and highly regarded youth theatre organisation, is seeking a Producer to join its core team in 2024!
This is a key new position for the Company, representing exciting growth for WAYTCo and an outstanding opportunity for a mid-career producer to join a dynamic small team environment, with people passionate about introducing theatre to Western Australian youth.
The WAYTCo Producer will be a highly competent and collaborative worker who is genuinely interested to work with young people. They will be motivated by both artistic goals and the processes and tools that organise ideas, people, and resources to achieve them. An integral member of the team, the Producer manages the interface between the operational and creative delivery of WAYTCo’s annual Artistic, Training and Schools Programs and embraces and promotes the vision, purpose and values of WAYTCo.
