This Mt Lawley studio space will provide the perfect opportunity for emerging creatives to catapult their freelance work to the next level. It is envisaged that this hub will become an established, recognizable, fully branded and marketed collective of creative professionals working alongside each other.

We are envisaging this studio space to provide an amazing opportunity for professional minded Designers/ Commercial Creatives to take the plunge into expanding on their Freelance career. The building will present a very professional image for those working within, we would brand this sublet office space as a creative hub: with full branding and creative marketing strategies to promote us as a collection of creative businesses
