The Quest, Fairbridge Festival's youth songwriting competition is now open. Four talented students aged 12 -18 will win performance slots at Fairbridge Festival and WAM Festival, a recording session, a professional photo shoot and WAM Song of the Year entry. This opportunity could very well launch a musical career!

Fairbridge Festival is very passionate about nurturing young songwriting talent which The Quest gives us the opportunity to do. This annual competition, now in its fourth year, offers a wealth of prizes to assist young songwriters on their musical journey. Collaborative songwriting workshops facilitated by award-winning songwriters Andrew Winton and Roly Skender give students the opportunity to learn how to hone their own tunes through a unique and creative process of discussion, performance, lyric writing and recording.
