The Propel twentyten aerosol art workshop wrapped things up a couple of weeks ago with a large mural in Innaloo. The mural was designed and created by the workshop participants and local aerosol artists from The Graphite Crew.
The design features strong geographical shapes and colours that liven up the whole intersection. The mural was made possible by the generous support from Western Power who kindly allowed us to paint on two massive walls on their Innaloo substation. Locals walking past gave it the thumbs up and so did the workshop participants who walked away with some new skills and their very first public piece.
The substation on the corner of Ellen Stirling drive and Scarborough Beach Rd in Innaloo. Next time you’re in the area, take your time driving past the wall and have a good look at the art of some the most talented, budding Perth aerosol artists
