Prop Fest is a skills development series designed to inspire and empower young people to engage in visual storytelling through creating a short film.
Over four days, video production workshops will be held for budding filmmakers in Perth to develop their digital media and film making skills.
Prop Fest will also take young people on an arts tour to some of Perth’s best museums and galleries to explore creative themes, gain inspiration and transform their ideas into film.
Prop Fest is a collaboration between Propel Youth Arts WA, Museums Australia WA, Tallstoreez Productionz and supported by Lotterywest.

Applications are open and close Friday 25 September 2009.
Workshop places are limited, so get in early to secure your place! We are also looking for youth arts workers wanting to develop their workshop facilitating skills in video production for FREE! Send your expression of interest to hello@propel.org.au with the subject heading ‘Prop Fest Facilitator’.
