KIRSTEN SIVYER

Wheatbelt Regional Rep

Kirsten Sivyer is a Wheatbelt artist who specialises in painting and photography. Since completing her studies in painting in 2003, Kirsten has developed her arts practice in diverse locations such as Amsterdam, Perth’s inner-city and Kalgoorlie.

Settling into country life in the Wheatbelt over the last three years, Kirsten’s growing involvement in the Wheatbelt arts scene has included delivering classes to adults and children in art, photography and digital imaging; as well as developing and promoting the arts through community art groups, arts organisations and community art projects.

As a Wheatbelt Rep for Propel Youth Arts WA, Kirsten is looking forward to developing a network within the Wheatbelt region to help promote the arts and make creative opportunities available to the next generation of emerging artists.
