Headspace - Letting go of thinking

  • Urban Orchard, Perth Cultural Centre (map)

You know that voice. The one in your head? It never stops talking, right?

Join Dr Niall Campbell (headspace) for a guided meditation, where you will learn ways to gently let go of thinking, so you can get out of your head - and into your life!

About headspace:

The service is designed to make it easy as possible for a young person and their family to access the help they need for problems affecting their wellbeing. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.
