An opportunity for young theatre makers to stand on the shoulders of giants.

Acclaimed playwright and director Jeffrey Jay Fowler of The Last Great Hunt will lead an informal reading of Broken by the award-winning Australian playwright Mary Anne Butler, which will be followed by a guided discussion with guest artist Izzy McDonald.


About Jeffrey Jay Fowler:

Jeffrey Jay Fowler is a playwright, dramaturg, director and actor. He wrote and acted in ‘A History of Drinking’, ‘ELEPHENTS’ (2014 PAWA Best New Play) and FAG/STAG (2015 Fringe World Tour Ready Award and Best Performance at Melbourne Fringe 2015). His other plays include ‘Red Lashes’ and ‘Minnie & Mona Play Dead’ (2013 Fringe World Martin Sims Award for Best New WA Work).
