Being present on the page

“I was a writer first. Creating new worlds after bedtime, my handwritten words lit by torchlight beneath the sheets. Pouring my heart into my diary on the long bus ride to school.”

Nirrimi Firebrace is an inspirational young photographer, writer and blogger. In this workshop she will illuminate the creative process of journaling and writing about one's own life. This is a guide to finding the narratives, seeking the silver linings and processing the intensity of feeling feelings; because being a human is hard and writing is a profound way to make sense of it all.
