The Uni Goonies Film Festival is the only Western Australian film festival entirely conceived by students, for students and emerging young filmmakers. Inspiring aspiring filmmakers, acknowledging rising talents and creating career opportunities for film students in WA.
Eligible applicants can enter films in the following categories:
Shorts
Experimentals
CelebrateWA films
Black Out films
Fountain of Youth films
Genreland films
The Festival will take place on Saturday November 17, 2018 and are calling on young film makers to submit their work and share it with the rest of the WA film community!
If you are a tertiary student, including mature age students, or a non-professional filmmaker between the ages of 18 and 25, you are eligible to submit a film in the UNI GOONIES film festival.
The official submission period is between the 1st of June and the 8th of November. Please do not submit your film outside of this period, as it will not be reviewed.
