Free Membership (ages 12-26)
If you are aged 26 under you are eligible to apply for a free Propel membership, subject to approval from the Propel Board, which is ongoing until you reach 27.
According to Clause 9 of the Propel Youth Arts WA Constitution, classes of membership consist of:
Ordinary Members
A member who is 18 years old or above. An Ordinary Member has all the rights provided to Members under the Constitution, including the right to vote, and any other rights and benefits as determined by the Board or by resolution of Members at a General Meeting.
Associate Members
A member under 18 years old is an Associate Member. They do not have the right to vote until they turn 18, but have all the rights provided to Members under the Constitution and any other rights and benefits as determined by the Board or by resolution of Members at a General Meeting.
