KickstART Festival 2017

The 2017 KickstART Festival was our biggest ever, with 80+ activities being held throughout the Perth Metropolitan Area. We continued our popular series of creative workshops and youth discussion forums, plus an array of market stalls and performances at KickstART Festival Day and introduced new initiatives, such as: The Literary Youth Festival (LYF); Glasshouse @ BiblioTECH; makespace; and BIO + STEAM =.

The KickstART Festival would not be possible without the generous support Propel receives from the Government of Western Australia through the Department of Local Government and Communities and the Department of Culture and the Arts. KickstART was also proudly supported by Lotterywest, the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, Scitech, headspace, the City of Perth, the Centre for Stories, the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia, City of Perth Library, the Office of Multicultural Interests, the State Library of Western Australia, and HyperFest.
