The City of Swan is seeking Expressions of Interest from a range of West Australian creatives including but not limited to: authors, poets, playwrights, visual artists, song writers & musicians to participate in the City of Swan’s inaugural Creative Writing Residency. Creatives of all career levels (whether community, amateur, emerging or professional) are encouraged to apply.

INCOMING is the first Fremantle Biennale Creative Lab and Artist in Residence program. Open to young creatives aged between 18 – 26 years who can participate in a program of practice-based shared learning and creative development, situated within the context of the Fremantle Biennale!

With the announcement of our sixth callout, we seek to nurture artists, build solidarity, and develop a stronger network that sustains our communities long-term. We invite expressions of interest from artists, curators, producers and collectives across art forms to facilitate exhibitions, residencies and film screenings between August and December 2021.

AWESOME Arts is looking for contemporary artists/arts educators with experience working with young people in diverse communities. Successful artists will be added to our database for consideration for the Creative Challenge program and specific projects as they arise. Artists can specialise in any area of the arts including visual, media, performing, literature or music.

As part of North Midland Project’s Ebb + Flow program, North Midlands Project has a series of planned residencies throughout 2021. The residencies are four weeks long, paid opportunities for creatives of any medium to develop new skills, advance their practice, research projects, or create new work while sharing their practice with the communities of the North Midlands in WA's Mid West region. It is our intention to have each of the regions in Western Australia and the metro area represented.
